Day trip to Maine 7-28-2012

We were also going to visit the Cape Neddick "Nubble" Lighthouse, but we were running late.
So that was postponed for another visit, on another day.

Dave, and I both love animals, so we enjoyed our trip to the zoo!
We spent about 2 hours there, and saw almost everything there is to see there.
There's definitely a lot to offer, for $14.75 a person.
There's a whole amusement park area, but we only went to the zoo.
You can feed goats, ducks, and deer.
There are also paddle boats through the duck pond, as well as elephant and camel rides.
And of course, a small butterfly exhibit where you can walk in with them,
and if you're lucky you can have them land on you.

Most of this post is going to be pictures, so hope you enjoy!

After the zoo, we went to Kittery Outlets for a little bit.
During our time there we stopped by Yummies Candy and NutsYankee Candle
As well as common stores, like PacSun, and Old Navy.
There's a lot of stores there, but nothing I could EVER afford,
so we didn't really spend much time going to anything else.
We just stopped by to check it out, while we were on the path of it.

Yummies was awesome, and I'd suggest it to anyone (as my sister-in-law did to me)
who loves candy, or is looking for candy that hasn't been mass produced in years.
Sooooo much candy, and we ended up with most of it.
Well, not quite, but pretty close.
:)

All in all, it was a good day.
