For mother's day, (though it's really early, but I had them done for Easter) I made all my mothers (grand, god, birth, & future in law) a small thing of handmade melt and pour embossed soaps. They were pearberry scented, goats milk and shea butter soaps. I wrapped the soaps in two different papers, a fabric paper and a flower embedded paper, and tied them with raffia.
I got 4 very small buckets from Michaels, lined them with green tissue paper,
and placed two different size bars of soap in them.
I also made a simple sign to put in the pint sized buckets along with the soaps.
I just used a popsicle stick and a small wooden circle, glued them together, and painted them.
Wrapped it all up in opal translucent plastic, and I had a simple little homemade project to give everyone for mother's day!
