Veggin' out!



So yesterday, Dave and I, decided on a whim to become "ovo vegetarian" for 5 weeks.
 Which means will not be cutting by-products from our diet, in other words, 
we will not be becoming a vegan.
We'll be reducing our by-product intake, just not entirely.
It's nothing more than to say we tried it, and accomplished our goal.

Starting Saturday, May 5th, 2012 the beginning of our adventure of a healthier lifestyle 
will start, and continue on for a minimum of five weeks (until Saturday, June 9th, 2012). 
It may be a path we will continue to pursue, 
if not....well we tried, and at least we can say that much.

I'm writing a post to document this, and make it official so we can't stray from this,
 and go to our old ways of unhealthy eating...At least until 5 weeks is over.

In the upcoming weeks, we will post many recipes (and pictures of course) of healthy 
vegetarian dishes that we followed and made for ourselves.
